電影編導陳紀秀 Chi Hsiu Chen

在亞洲．矽谷竹科新創公司SecuX擔任資深行銷營運經理，從事科技產業擁有豐富的國際參展、品牌行銷經驗；業餘電影編劇/導演，2011年成立 ZSHOWFILM 電影工作室，由於大學時期參加侯孝賢導演的《台灣電影文化協會》電影課程啟蒙電影創作之路，創作的 《海島夢想三部曲：搖滾樂夢、拉拉愛夢、小飛俠夢》榮獲美國好萊塢、法國坎城、加拿大多倫多國際電影劇本競賽入選獲獎，電影劇本作品《樂活書店》《末日重活》《蘭桂書局》 ，執導短片作品《一個人》《逃煙》《黑色森林》，及拍攝紀錄片作品《Member》《愛在沖繩結婚時》，曾參加台北藝術大學的好萊塢國際製片工作坊，研習電影企劃案與劇本、 電影行銷與發行等課程，紐約大學 TischAsia 教授 Gabrielle Kelly 推薦 Drew Roublick 製片合作《搖滾樂夢》電影專案開發 (2013-2015)。

近期為國際名導盧貝松監製法國動作喜劇片《台北追緝令》擔任執行製片人，自1989年起，投身電影工業30多年，期間跨及大陸及港、台，參與多部電影及電視劇、紀錄片與廣告製作，合作過多位導演，為台灣現今影視圈資深製片人。擁有在台灣電影工業紮下深厚的經驗，於2010年成立『華宇國際娛樂有限公司』為其負責人，並集合國內、外專業的電影人籌備製作，致力推動兩岸合拍、共同發展電影工業，製作優質且具符合國際電影市場需求的作品。

負責人林勝國擅於用精準的預算，以最適當的成本來完成高品質的電影拍攝。於2009年與香港導演楊凡合作之製片作品《淚王子》，在當時榮獲第82屆奧斯卡最佳外語片香港代表及第66屆威尼斯影展首映片。

2010年成立華宇國際娛樂有限公司，成為國際巨星成龍自導自演的冒險動作力作《十二生肖》的台灣協拍電影製作公司，籌備2年，該片於2012年1月拍攝完成，為華宇國際第一部公司作品。

Writer-Director Chi Hsiu Chen

She works as a senior marketing and operations manager at a startup company SecuX in Asia Silicon Valley and has rich experience in international exhibitions and brand marketing in the high-tech industry；She is an amateur writer/director, who founded ZSHOWFILM Studio in 2011, participated in the film course of the director Hou Hsiao-hsien at Taiwan Film & Culture Association during college, that enlightened her on the road of film making. Formosa Island Dreams Film Trilogy: The Rock And Roll Dream, The LaLa Love Dream, The Peter Pan Dream were selected and awarded in the Hollywood, Cannes, Toronto International Screenplay Competitions, and wrote the screenplays of Lohas Bookstore, Survive in Shanghai, and Orchid Bookstore. She directed diverse short films The One, Run Away from Smoking, Dark Forest and documentary films Member, Before Noon, who studied at a workshop of Film Project and Screenplay, Film Marketing and Distribution in TNUA, worked with Gabrielle Kelly Associate Arts Professor of NYU TischAsia and Drew Roublick, Producer & Casting Director, optioned Rock And Roll Dream for international media producing program (2013-2015).

Executive Producer Sheng Guo Lin 

Successful Blockbuster Movie Senior Producer

Huayu International Entertainment Co., Ltd. is founded in 2010, and Sheng Guo Lin is the person in charge of the company. Since 1989, he throws himself into the film industry for more than 30 years. He participated in the production of many films, TV series, documentaries and advertisements across Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China. He is a senior producer, who has cooperated with many directors in the current industry of film and television in Taiwan. With profound experience in Taiwan's film industry, he works with professional filmmakers and produces high-quality movies that meet the needs of the international film market.

He is skilled in the use of accurate budgets and shooting high-quality movies at the most appropriate cost. He worked with the director Fan Yang for Prince of Tears which was selected in 82nd Academy Awards for Best Foreign Language Film and the Premiere during the 66th Venice Film Festival.

Huayu International Entertainment Co., Ltd. has become the Taiwan co-production company for the action-adventure comedy film CZ12 directed and acted by the international superstar Jackie Chan. It has been in preparation for 2 years. The film was completed in January 2012 and is Huayu International's first film. Recent film production is the French action-comedy film Weekend In Taipei produced by internationally renowned director Luc Besson.
